How do we report an unpaid civil judgement to the credit bureau?
We were awarded a civil judgement signed by a judge and filed with our local courts in Jackson County MO for $100,000. The defendant never paid this amount and we would like for this to show up on his credit report. I have been told unpaid civil judgements can be included in the personal section of a credit report but I am unable to find out how to get the credit bureaus to acknowledge this judgement and show it on his credit report. Can anyone tell me how to get this debt on his credit report?

How do I dispute negative items on my credit report?
I have one negative item on my credit report. How do I dispute this item? I have heard that if you dispute an item and that particular company does not acknowledge it can be removed from the report all together. Is this true, and how do I go about doing this? The negative item is from Mac Tools Distribution, if that will help. There is an address on my report although there is no phone number. Do i need to call them, or a different source?

How fast do credit card companies report changes?
I have paid down some balances already for some time but the changes are not appearing on my credit report. I’m not pulling up my credit however, I have alerts when my scores go up or down or if there’s inquiries etc. Do I have to ask them to report the change in balance? Why is it that when you rack up a ton of charges they report them really fast but when they’re paid off, they take forever? Is there a way to “speed up” the process?

Is there a difference between the credit report a creditor sees and your full report on file with the 3 CRAs?
Correct me if I’m wrong but when you “pay for deletion” you are paying for any record of the debt to be 100% removed from the report that a potential creditor would see (like when you buy a car or credit card) .
–BUT the debt is never actually deleted from the credit report that you and the CRA have access to.
So, there are actually 2 forms of credit report: one that potential creditors see, and one which only you and the CRA see.
Is this correct??
I am asking because in previous answers to my “pay for deletion” questions, alot of people are saying that debts are never 100% deleted from credit reports.
So that makes me wonder what the phrase “pay for deletion” means exactly?
Thanks!
